Friendly and attentive family run hotel..Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable..Close to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches..Free internet.. Using the train in Juan Les Pins is so easy and the best way to get around so it was good to be close to the train station. Definitely stay here if you go to Juan Les Pins!

Very helpful and nice staff, close to beach with seaview rooms, clean.

doen't have minibar. the bed could have been more comfortable.

Extraordinary hospitality from Patricia (who runs the hotel) and her family members. You feel like staying at your relatives or good friends. Locaion is very good, just few steps to the beach. Room was very clean and tiny, though small (but noone shoud exect 40 sqm appartment with king size bed in 2-star hotel, right ?). Hotel was fully booked (was august) but we were never diturbed by any noise. All in all, very pleasant atmosphere. Note: they give you beach towels at the hotel free of charge (so do not bother to put yours into your luggage or to rent at the beach)

Small shower cabin, but managable after all. And, again, you cant expect much more than than in 2 stars, reasonaly priced hotel.

We stayed 6 nightes (Oct 3-Oct9) and liked it very much. The attitude of the Manager ( Patricia ) and all the team (her family I guess) is very friendly and warm. The location is great as well. For 2 star hotel this one is fantastic !!! Parking in the garage was a big help ( available at extra cost) cleaning and making the room was good! changing towels - every day!

Well , if I have to say something: - the hotel needs a bit of investment into bathroom facilities - but then the price per night would be different i guess. In the end: - Hospitality covers every crack and for God sake you come to be out side on the beach not inside the room looking for the imperfections with a magnifying glass.

The owner was lovely, full of engery and always spoke to us in english. Rooms were lovely, french and high ceilinged. The hotel was really well placed in the town and I thought it would be low quality being a 2 star hotel but it was so much more than two star but all bed rooms are on first floor or above - no lift - no real disabled access.

Lovely owners and staff, lovely outside space good value for money

The Eden Hotel has good basic rooms, supplys a good breakfast, has parking in the centre of town, is near the beach but really excels on it's friendly service.

Patricia, the owner of the hotel and her family makes you feel like you are staying with your good friends, not at the hotel.

Everything was fantastic; also some basic maintenance work in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt.

A very clean, and comfortable 2 star hotel with air conditioning, in an excellent location with the most helpful owner and daughter imaginable. Ask for their restaurant recommendations and take them.

This hotel is a little gem - I can't say enough about the high standard of service and comfort. This is my second stay and it did not disappoint.

Patricia was an excellent manageress. She worked to hard to keep all her guests happy. She was always so helpful and friendly and was always there if you needed her. Her daughter was also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Wonderful location. Excellent value. Breakfast was of a very good standard and always extremely efficiently served. Felt very secure at the hotel.

The only tiny thing I would remark about would be the shower which seemed to leak a bit when we used it, probably to do with the shower curtain not fitting round the bend adequately. But this is really only a very minor comment and our shower rug was changed every day. We would certainly recommend the hotel to friends and visit it again if in the region.

Patricia (the owner) her family and staff were helpful at all times. My 25 year old daughter was ill while staying there and Patricia went beyond her duties to help. The room was always cleaned, along with linen and towels. The provision of beach towels and then an umbrella for the rainy days! was another bonus. Great value for money.

No lift - 62 marble stairs to our 3rd floor room - being 61years old - felt i wasnt rested after holiday - still perhaps i should do more exercise!

Excellent hotel!! Particia, her son and daughter manage the hotel in the best possible way and support the spirit of the hotel. Definitely, worth its value for money.

For the money we paid for the stay everything was great.

We were made to feel very welcome by Patricia and her family who were extremely considerate and definitely went the extra mile. Our room was great with lovely high ceilings and a sea view. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good value for money and included a hot drink of choice, orange juice, croissant, baguette, jam and butter and a yoghurt. Patricia helpfully provided a list of local restaurants, of which we would particularly recommend Le Capitole. The hotel was well located for the local beaches, and Patricia directed us to a quieter public beach slightly off the beaten path which was very helpful. Being able to borrow beach equipment was a big bonus. The hotel is also handily located for travel, being near both train station and bus stops, and within easy walking distance of Antibes. Highly recommended!

I have no negative comments - the hotel is great, staff are friendly, and the price is right.
